Keyshoe is a really tiny store tucked into an obscure corner in the basement of Westmall. Just turn left after the florist, opposite Old Chang Kee. Keyshoe occupies a kiosk all by itself facing the escalator to the carpark in B2. It offers services like the repair of shoes and leather goods as well as the duplication of keys. They are 2 chairs outside the kiosk where you can seat if you are repairing your shoes. As it is in an obscure corner, there are no fear of many passers-by catching a glimipse of dirty socks or unsightly feet.

I only went there to duplicate my keys, the service was fast and cheap at $2 per key. The store was tended by a polite Malay man.

Harvey Norman is just like Courts, that is, it sells both electronic goods and furniture. However this outlet at Westmall only sells electronic products.

You will find all the well-known brands like Philips, Telfal, Sony, LG and the likes. But you will not be able to find lesser known brands, unlike in Courts. Thus the products at Harvey Norman all cost more, for example, if you are shopping for a Kettle, the cheapest ones will set you back by $50. But in Courts you will find a range of brands to suit all budgets. There, some kettles start from only $20 over, but I can't guarantee the quality though. Having said that, I must add that even big-name brands products may not be durable- I bought a Philips kettle that spolit after a few months.

The service at this outlet is fine. The shop assistants will come up to you if they spot you browsing their wares.

The Bonia collection here is fairly large, even better than at some of the Bonia boutiques. Furthermore, here you can find their limited edition collection naturally for the bags in this collection, the price are steeper, starting at around $800 to over $1000. The limited edition collection is not available everywhere, you may not even find them at their own Bonia boutique.

You can also find their ordinary bags and new arrivals here. The prices are similar to elsewhere. But for past seasons collections, they may sell the bags in a bundle with their purses, which is fairly worthwhile. I think this practice is similar to some other department stores.

Prices usually start at around over $100 for a small hangbag to about $400 and above for a tote bag. The leather quality is good and durable.

Service is fairly good with a few salesgirl to man the Bonia section.
