The problem with this studio is their ATTITUDE!
The beauticians are of very laid back attitude. Not very keen to help you touch up. All they did for us was a mere blush and said it was good enough. We asked if our hair was alright and they replied that was not their job to take care of hair.
The 'marketing' staff showed irritation when you order too small photos. They became unfriendly when you do not want the bigger photos.
We wish NTU will cease letting them promote their business in the campus.
