Had a horrible experience with Igard Orchard. Wanted to buy half a year worth of contact lenses, but the staff lied that contact lens companies only provide a pair of trial lenses with one year worth of supply. After paying for one year worth of contact lenses, I checked with another optic shop near my home and realised that contact lens companies in fact give trial lenses even with half a year of supply. When I called to complain to the manager, the manager apparently said that the company will deny me service in the future. The company then offered to call the bank to cancel my transaction, which i accepted. However, I just checked with my bank today and they highlighted that they did not receive any request to cancel my transaction from Igard. Avoid this shop at all cost! [Read more] |
