I visited My Cozy Room on 21 October 2015 for my facial appointment. It was my first time doing facial in years. All I remember from my previous spa experience was the excruciating pain and 2-3 days down-time due to the redness, which was why I chose to stay away from facials for years. Recently, I decided that I wanted to do something about my skin, and I did a search and found My Cozy Room, which had quite a number of positive reviews online. The experience was beyond what I expected. I was welcomed with a very pleasant scent when I stepped into the place, and the lovely staff handed me a cup of warm tea. I was promptly attended to, and ushered to the room where the facial was performed. Before starting the facial, the therapist did a short head and neck massage to ease me into the session.
