My sister and I were there last week. I will strongly recommend IGARD at Kent Ridge because they provide a very convenient optical service for university students on campus. Their eye/optical clinic is located next to the dental clinic at University Health Centre and they have a wide selection of eyeglass frames to choose from. As a university student, I get very good discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses with them. I am very impressed with their optometrists. They are qualified in the UK and Australia, and they provided a very thorough eye test for me. However please take note their optometrists work strictly by appointment only. It is simply not possibly to just turn up at the door and be seen because they provide such dedicated personalised service! JUst google them as they are very popular among students.
