The Rooftop

I chanced upon tis place with my friends.. We were being attracted by the "Chill Out at Level 4" sign hanging outside the place. At first, we have doubts about going up..because it's our first visit. But the owner was really very friendly! Almost instantly, we forget all about the worrying we had before.
We sat outside at the rooftop, it is great for chit chatting and some laughing. They are having a promotion on drinks for their opening..
Overall, i would give this place a 4/5* because of their good serivce. Have promised them i will be back for a second visit!
