I ordered from bbq wholesale during boxing day yesterday. I must say I am amazed by the efficiency of the staff working there. As it was pouring the whole of boxing day, I had no choice but to change location for my barbecue I called at 3 plus to did a last minute change of location (trying my luck) and guess what? They managed to change the delivery location from East Coast Park to Compassvale! They settled my delivery issue within 15mins. I understand my requests was a bit too much and I apologized for the inconvenience caused as it was pouring heavily and we have no choice but to switch bbq location.
I must compliment William and driver for helping out. Thank you very much guys for helping and the food is also pretty good. Our favorite is the spicy sotong and stingray. Oh and can you believe it? Satay is at $12.50 for 50 sticks, that is super cheap, will definitely come back again. No worries, this time round I will not change location at the eleventh hour again.

Hosted BBQ party for 50 to 60 guests last week together with the barbecue chefs. BBQ chefs are very professional and efficient, and even clean up the place before they leave. I am impressed with theway their barbecue the food, very fast and organised. I like their marinated bbq food, should definitely try if you love spicy food. I love their sambal snapper, chicken otah and cup otah. Super shiok! The sales staff is very polite and even call me up the day before to finalised all details once more. I am rest assured my bbq is in good hands!

I wanted to order 150pax worth of BBQ food for my party, however, the sales staff (Eric) was so incredibly rude. Oh lord. Don't ever try communicating to them ever. They are incredibly rude and complacent. While their food is quite good, the service they give and the attitude is not worth it. I ended up canceling the whole order/quotation. Eric went like if you think there is another supplier that can give you better food, go ahead. What kind of attitude is that? The order was worth $4000 at least . I then searched for alternatives such as bbq factory who are really considerate and worth the money.
