Michelle and Cindy is the best kept secret in Singapore. There is nowhere else where you can get this kind of outstanding service. M&C have been in Shaw Center for 30 years, and have a loyal clientele who are probably only whispering about this place to their friends in order to keep it for themselves. They exclusively cater to men, with a large proportion of expats. Excellent haircuts, head and shoulder massage, even facials. Take your time when coming here and enjoy a massage together with your haircut, it's a crime to have only a haircut and rush out again. There is no friendlier group of people, and the prices are more than reasonable.
I've never written a review for anything, ever. Not a restaurant, movie, shop, anything. But I feel so strongly about this place that I am taking the time to do this.
Highly recommended.
