Banana Prata for $3.90 Teh Tarik $1.80
Waited for 15 minutes in the queue at Serangoon Nex to buy takaway. The 3-4 customers in front of me either had problem ordering or rather too indecisive. Cashier like to reconfirm and triple confirm the order.
Service was bad, i went to collect the teh tarik and then 5 minutes later to collect the banana prata. Even that i had to inform the lady beside the cashier. Business for this store is good but the business process of ordering and serving food needs improvement. And it is not as if they were short-handed.
The banana prata and teh tarik? They were heavenly. Nothing to complain.
