I would like to warn everyone who purchased any products from Song Brothers. I have experienced bad customer service and a scam! I bought Samsung Galaxy Note from them and tried to claim warranty with Samsung Singapore. Turned out that the product is not supposed to be sold in Singapore. It is only for sale in UK and so Samsung Singapore has refused the warranty claim. I contacted Song Brother but they do not even bother to return my calls and emails. Very bad experience all I can say. So please watch out from them and spread the words!

Do not be fooled by the glib salesmen!! They are crooks. I was looking to buy a specific brand and model. One guy told me it was being phased out. Stupidly, I believed him. He tried to sell me another model but I wanted silver. He convinced me it only came in three colours. Stupidly, i believed him again. Most stupid of all, I ended up buying the camera from this crook because I was stupidly taken in by the great lip service, including the promise of best, BEST price, cash only. The next day I went to Paris Silk and found exactly what i wanted for nearly $40 less and they did not push anything, just helped me with comparative info which I checked on the Net and was all true. If you must got to Song, make sure you do your homework first and check prices at other places.

Poor customer service. the guy assisting me is very impatient. i ask the price of a canon camera, he give the price and i try to look around to canvass. hoping to get a better bargain from this store I came back and ask for the price and ask if he can give a discount. but the guy replied in a very cold manner, he said that I already ask 3 times and there is no more discount. Delivered in a high pitch. will never go into this shop anymore. no wonder while other known shops are jampacked with buyers their shop has no single customer inside.
