I think what makes people actually bother to queue up is the yummy, yummy donuts. Well, that's about everything that makes anyone go to the DOnut Factory at RAffles City, at least.
What I don’t really like about it is the fact that it's sooo super crowded. I once had to wait for almost an hour just to make my purchases. Nuts! I'd rather go to J & Company. It's donuts and stuff might not taste as good as the Donut Factory's to somne people, but at least it's not so crazy over there. Besides, the donuts there suit me fine.
I think the major turnoff there is the staff. Man, oh man, I see some workers COUGHING or SNEEZING at those donut "boxes of 12", etc. Also, they tend to rush everybody due to the long queues.
SIGH. SERVICE MUST IMPROVE. Sorry, it's only 2 stars for this shop.

Been there once and as the saying goes once bitten twice shy!Guess that was the last time i'll queue there.Waited for 2hrs just for 2 boxes of donuts.Sounds pathetic? When u make your order you thought that you can leave.Guess what?Waited another half an hours for my donuts!!!Was really pissed of by their lousy service and inefficiency and lac of urgency. I definitely discourage everyone from going there unless you have loads and loads of time to spare..

During the sep holidays... I specailly set aside 1 day to queue for the well.. famous... donut factory... I reached around 2pm... By the time I finally recieved my donut... it's around 5pm... The waiting time was expected.... So... Nothing to complain about.... I'm a willing party...
But... After tasting the donuts... I can only say it's a total waste of time queueing....
I tried almost all the flavours... And none was nice... It's tooooooo sweet... I think it's as good as eating sugar....
The only one that taste alright was the cheese one... But it taste like fillet-o-fish... the bread and the cheese... without the fish... So why should I queue for 3 hours to get a 'fish burger'?
