I was kind of disappointed with this flea as compared to the previous megafleas i've been to. There were a lot of stalls that almost sell the same clothes. I wished there were more variety. However, there were some stalls which perked my interests, namely, the imported heels from taiwan and the stalls selling handmade products like books and headbands, as well the ashtrodite, for selling Daniel Wellington watches at 10% off!! There was a good mix of stalls. Overall, it was a comfortable flea experience but not as exciting as i thought it would. Didn't buy as many clothes as i wanted to.

Having followed the Mega Flea Market held at the revamped Suntec Convention Hall for the third time as a vendor and shopper, i can say that this is one of the most comfortable flea-shopping experience ever. With air-conditioned area to house the crowd and yet no pushing or bumping into one another as we may think might be the case - the aisle width is reasonably spacious. The washroom amenities are clean too. Location wise, it is strategically located in the central so the residents from the East and West can travel a fairly equal distance to join in the event.
The range of items are suitable for the young and elders with a wide range of prices that reflects on the value of products available. We see more budding entrepreneurs with first hand items over the years and made new friends along the way!
The organiser does try to improve each flea market with our feedback. We understand that the turnout is really hugely dependent on the crowd on the actual days of the event, nonetheless, marketing efforts to reach out via Facebook, radio and all other forms of media are deeply appreciated.

Being a vendor selling prepackaged food at flea markets in Singapore, I can honestly say that Mega Flea 10 and other Mega Fleas that I've participated in are the best fleas to participate in for record breaking sales.
Given the central location and the large spacious areas for walking, it's the ideal event to showcase your products to the public. And did I mention? The crowd that Mega Fleas attract is also massive, compared to other fleas we've attended.
Amidst all the selling, there were also lots of networking opportunities among vendors. I myself have personally networked with some of them, and those opportunities in turn bring our businesses to the next level.
In short, Mega Flea is really the flea that every vendor must try out. You can potentially experience your first record breaking sale (I did!), just like it said you would. :)
