My husband went to Best Denki (Takashimaya) and wanted to buy a stand fan valued at $36 last week. He waited at the fans section for nearly half hour and no one was available to serve him. My husband asked one staff from another section nearby for help but the staff told my husband that he was not in charge and couldn't help. My husband was a bit angry and felt very dissatisfied with the staff reply. He felt even more angry when he observed that one group of staffs from other sections were gathered together in a chitchat. All of them pretended that they never see my husband and no one volunteer to provide the sale service. We know that sale commission for the stand fan is very low but we are still Best Denki's customers, it is very disappointing to see their staffs have such poor work attitude ! Different people likes ramen differently. I find Ajisen Ramen noodles oily and a lot of MSG. I always get very thirsty after taking their noodles and soup. Ken Ramen Hse is much better choice for me.
