This outlet is already closed. A pity for someone who works in Raffles place and like vegetarian. They have a dish, fried monkey head mushroom, perfect for me as I likes mushroom!!

Tung Luk's latest restaurant Zhou's Kitchen (another lower range restaurant) took over this Far East Square location.
This restuarant is already closed sometime after the previous review. The whole building is being pulled down (or at least a major overhaul) for redevelopment. The last I heard is that it will be ready by end of the year. So, I got no idea if Tung Lok will come back with this restuarant again.
If you are looking for another of Tung Lok lower range restuarants nearby, then it will be Zhou's Kitchen at Far East Square. But personnally, I have not gone there to try out the food.
This shop has many outlets for foot reflexology, but I think this outlet is the only one for Ladies Only.
A lot of their therapist seems to be Chinese nationals.
The only thing I like about this outlet is that it is near to home and I can usually just pop in in the evening to relax the body. But most of the time (maybe I need to pick the right therapist), while my muscles get relaxed, I may end up feeling a bit of pain because they apply too much pressure during the treatment.
The normal massage treatment (they offer slimming massage at a higher price) that I go for, I can ask for "gua sa" to help release the "heat" in me. And the therapist (maybe only some can do it) will use towel to put beneath the neck to "turn" my neck and relax the "jin" at the neck area: a plus point.
This outlet has Jacuzzi and depends on how the service staff pester you (thus have some points deducted), you might get free Jacuzzi included in your package (which makes this still a preferred for me). Maybe because I sign up quite a lot sessions (40 in total), my average per session comes to only $80, excluding the add-ons like ampoules. Quite worth for 1.5 hour inclusive of a body wrap or hair spa or ear wax (again add points).
But if you ask me about the therapist’s skills, it is not consistent. Sometimes, within the next day, I feel my stiff neck coming back again, as the therapist is too “weak” in applying the pressure. But of course still better than some neighbourhood stores where I end up feeling painful the next day.
I find this outlet good, not only because their package treatment offers different types of massage (stone, chopsticks, detox, slimming), but also because their therapists are really good.
I always have neck problem, probably just because of a lack of stretching exercise and also due to work pressure. So, I often go for massage treatments to relax the body. Sometimes, I just choose to go to the neighborhood shops where it costs something like $40 to $60 for an hour. At Rustic Nirvana, it cost me $84 for 1 session. On the looks of it, it seems more expensive (which I do feel a little pain sometimes). But, it includes a body wrap or steam. So the whole treatment usually takes 1.5 hour. And you can have a shower at the end of it, plus a ginger or longan tea to top the whole enjoyment.
I personally like their detox treatment, where it includes a steam. Not a steam bath, but where they actually cover you up from neck to top with a tent, and inject steam into the tent to create a warming detox effect. That really relax me and puts me to a nice nap.
