Iced milo. First time trying the iced milo from this stall.(: The price was reasonable. The taste was alright, but I thought it was too sweet.
I like how the milo taste is strong and thick, but the condensed milk added was slightly too much, making it taste a little too sweet.
Other than this, it is actually quite nice tasting.(: Comparing to some others I drank before, where the drink was quite tasteless, this is considered not bad. To those with sweeter tooth, this will most probably be suitable to them.(:
Taro pie It has been quite some time since the last time I ate the taro pie at burger king. The standards have not gone down.(: It still tastes as nice.
I like it the way where it does not taste very sweet, and the taro always taste fresh and yummy!;D It is prepared only when I order, so every time I have to wait for it, but it will not stop me from buying.(:
Just because it is prepared on the spot, I always get it served to me hot and crispy. The pie was really crispy and nice, with the taro fully filled within. And just one taro pie could satisfy my tea time stomach pretty well^^
Fried oyster omelette ;D I always frequent this stall for its fried oyster omelette whenever we visit my aunt’s house;D The oyster omelette from this stall smells nice and is delicious. It is crispy and also soft for the flour.(:
Although I do not eat oysters, my mum would always say the oysters are fresh when she ate it.
Really love eating it…craves for more after finishing the whole plate;D My cousin and I would always polish off the whole plate, leaving not even a trace of the omelette on it :x
Even though this time the standards have slipped a little, I will still order fried oyster omelette from this stall, as always.(:
Q bread;D When I saw this bread here, I immediately decided to buy it. It reminded me the last time when I was in primary school, the canteen used to sell this kind of bread and it taste simple and delicious;D
Glad to say, this bread at Q bread did not let me down.(: although the taste was different from what I had before, it was nice.
The bread was soft and the cream between was fresh. It carries a taste of sweetness and it just taste simple and nice.(: If I pass by any Q bread shop again, will definitely buy it;D
Aglio olio I ordered the aglio olio when we decided to dine at Pastamania. Ever since the previous time I ordered aglio olio from the other restaurant, I fell in love with aglio olio.^^
I was anticipating it to be delicious, as so far I have tried their pasta before a few times and were good in taste.(: However, was a little disappointed with the serving and taste. The serving was quite little, and it was not really very rich in the olive oil and spices flavouring. But overall, it was still satisfactory, not that bad though.(:
We ordered an add-on of soup and drinks to complete our meal. I had the tomato minestrone soup, while both of my friends had the mushroom soup. The soup was not very satisfactory.): My friends complained the mushroom soup being bland, and my tomato minestrone soup was actually the same too. It was very watery and simply near to tasteless, and the vegetables in it was very little.
On the whole, the experience there was not really completely bad, with the pasta having a level of standards. Suppose, the soup would be better in other outlets.(:
