usually will bring my pets here for grooming & pet foods, the 1sttime i bring my pet for grooming,the next day skin got red spot,so i bring my pets to vets,they said is because of bacteria,the 2th time i bring my pet there,i told the boss,he told me maybe i bring my pet for outside play,the next day,same thing happen,so i didnt bring my pet there again

there was once i bought a packet of eagle pack small dry food, i didnt realize it was expired and i have been feeding my pet for 2-3weeks ,i called the owner,he told me to bring it down & will refund me ,but when i went there he said is just expired for 3-4months,still can be eaten & i opened it so can't refund i really don't like their serivce there my pet got red spots after go there for grooming but they push the fault on me the food is already expired & he still asked me to continue to feed my pet, they are really dishonest i would never go there anymore
