I visited this show room few years ago and was attracted by the raised floor concept. However, I could not accept the price because it cost me a bomb to build a platform close to 2000 square feet for living and bed room.
I visited again end last year with the intention to build a small platform with a budget of not more than $3000 for an area less than 120 square feet.
After a few session of discussion, on the evening when I rush down to the furniture showroom to sign the contract, something went wrong during the discussion and the deal went off.
Sometime, it is the people handling matter in a wrong way that causes the company to suffer. The worse thing is, the Management may not even know the reason of loosing deal.
I believe the product is excellent but need to observe how the showroom is being operated and how flexible a matter can be resolved. Most importantly is how customer's feeling being taken into consideration.
A good product is good only when it is sold.
