I come to know DinosHome from an advertisement posting at Clementi quite some time ago but only engaged to their service recently when my boss ask me to print namecards for my company. After getting a few quotations and samples from different vendors, i decide to give DinosHome a try.

I choose DinosHome is not because they offer me the lowest price. Frankly speaking, their pricing falls in the 5th cheaper from the 13 quotations i got. What makes me choose them is because of their friendliness, responsiveness and willingness to help throughout the deal.

Since my boss and I want to make a change to the existing namecard and we do not have a design in my mind, we have asked DinosHome to design a simple namecard for us based on both sides full colour. So we provide whatever necessary details to them and paid SGD5 upfront for the namecard design.

Their person-in-charge, Ms. Frenos is quite friendly and helpful i must say. This is because we kept on asking her to do minor changes on the namecard for quite a number of times before we confirmed it on the 4th amendment. She has attended to our request with patience and show her professionalism (positive customer service) along the way.

Since this was the first time we engaged their service, my boss advice me to print from a small quantity first by placing 2 boxes order from them. So 2 boxes X SGD15 making up a total of SGD30.

According to DinosHome policy, the namecard design fee we paid earlier can be used to offset the printing cost if we later place order with them. So we in the end only need to top-up another SGD25 before they proceed with the printing. In another words, the namecard design is free of charge if we print with them.

I was informed by DinosHome that it takes them 2 working days for the namecards to be ready. So i make an appoinment to self collect it on weekend since I want to save on the delivery cost. They do provide delivery using Singpost Registered Article service from as low as SGD3 which i think is quite reasonable as most vendor is charging SGD5 for delivery.

Now i have got the namecard in hand. The printing quality is quite impressive. The namecard is glossy finished and come with round corner. More importantly, the namecard is tear resistant (like those we usually find in PVC material namecard which is quite expensive) when i try to take one piece of it for tearing test. So it is really worth what we have paid for a little amount to enjoy greater value.

As a conclusion, my boss is quite happy with it and asked me to place a few more boxes in the next order. Guess what, we are entitled for some discount when we order more than 3 boxes onwards. So for anybody who want to print namecards, i think DinosHome shall shortlisted in your consideration list.
