Another baseless review. Prove it that any of the Mad Jack's Outlet charge the service charge.
I think MAD JACK rocks for its affordable prices and great variety of food. Not to mention, their prices are so affordable. On top of that, if you'd be wise you'd visit their website: http://www.madjackcafe.com to look for the on-going promotion for discounts and free desserts.
Please.... we have to start learning how to move our *****. I like MAD JACK's way of "Self-Service." It makes me feel more free and I'm not obligated to any rules. It's fun all the way.

Mad Jack at Simpang Bedok has 10% service charge but there is no service! They do not take our order and provide spoons or napkins. We had to go over to the counter to place our order and help to the napkins ourselves. Bad choice!
