Love the products they use - find that it really has quite immediate effects and is of high quality. Service wise, facials are very relaxing here and my skin always feels like it has been renewed. Plus if you work or live downtown as this branch is near to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Quite a pity the last time I finished my package one of the consultants there started to sound pushy (When I say 'pushy', I mean they asked more than 2 times after I say 'no' to signing up another package). So it depends on who's on duty...haha. Other than that, it is worth a splurge if you don't mind the price...
