I would give zero or minus stars to this place if i could!! The consultant, Crystal Lou, at the Spa was rude and most loud person i have ever seen in a spa. she was least helpful and constantly had a frown and yelled a lot. My family and I got a dealdotcom voucher for this horrid place and we decided to go as a family spa day! Crystal over the phone was rude and loud saying 5 of can't come together - when this was not mentioned in the voucher as to how many can be redeemed in a day! Okay we understood that it could be because of loss of business that they are saying that so we went on to arrange the appointment for two consecutive days - 2 on sunday and 3 on Monday. On sunday due to some unforeseen circumstance we misplaced our printout of the voucher. We reached the spa half hour early and requested the consultant that if she could start the massage my family would bring the voucher. The consultant, crystal Lou started yelling at us in Chinese and she was very derogatory towards my friend and I in Chinese thinking we don't speak Chinese. Instead of giving us a solution she was very rude and very loud. Ultimately we agreed to bring the voucher which would take half hour as being Sunday no printing shops were open and instead of two hour massage we agreed for 1 hour massage as we got delayed because of the no printout. When we returned Crustal made a huge commotion that one of my family had social visit pass and not EP or Dp. Their advertisement mentioned valid pass. A social visit pass is a valid pass in Singapore when mentioned this Crystal Lou she was very rude in Chinese and started yelling and saying I was not letting her speak. And she agreed to do the do 1 hr massage both of us. The therapist in the massage room confessed that Crystal is a very rude lady and she often treats the therapist in a bad way as well!! After the Massage the consultant passed us a paper with feedback and asked us to just sign. When I wrote the remark that the consultant was very rude, Crystal again yelled at us and snatched the feedback form from our hand. When we left the spa they called my sister who was redeeming three vouchers the next and told her that since they have adhoc training and they cancelled their appointment and said it can not be rescheduled and also that they can't refund!!!! This is the worst i have felt in years!!! a lovely girls day was transformed into horrible nightmare!!
