This is my first visit and also my first review.
The service from Visio Optical probably is one of the best that i have received as compared with other spectacle shops i have visited/made enquiries.
I went to Visio Optical to repair my spectacle frame, the Italian staff is a frank and friendly person.
i have asked quite a number of questions about the repair.He is polite and explained patiently on the details and cost on the repair for my spectacle frame,
He provided good and prompt service in the repair; my spectacle frame is repaired and restored to a much better condition with his service and adjustments.
I have made a new pair of spectacles with the company as a backup, he has offered his expertise and knowledge in the types of lens available, materials, features and price for me to decide.
The price is good based on the type of lens and frame that i have selected as compared with the rest of the shops.
I have been wearing spectacles for close to 35 years. I am considering to switch to Visio Optical as my preferred spectacle shop for my family members based on the good service quality and value, the staff has provided to me.
Keep up with the good work and service.

I have been wearing glasses for 20 yrs and visited so many optical shops. This is the worst that i have came across. I was recommended to this shop for the good service provided by an experience staff. However, when i was at the shop, i realised that the person has resigned. Since i was there i decide to give it a try. There is a young girl who attended me. She is alright, considering she has been working there for only about 1 mth. But the boss (which i think he is an italian), has no professionalism at all. Not only he is unable to advise me on the lens, his service is also terrible. Upon collection of specs, he just handled over the specs to me. When i feedbacked that there is some discomfort, he said cannot be help and changed a display set frame for me. He did not even offered to do some adjustment for me to fit, which all my past optical shops that i visited usually does. I was so angry that i paid and just walk off. And i have to do the adjustment myself with the help of my family member. So my suggestion is avoid this shop if possible!

I hardly write reviews, and when I write generally it is because there was some issue (I am not easily impressed by customer service).
When I went to this optical shop (near Buonavista MRT) I couldn't believe such good prices. They give better deals than Queensway shops (where service is very bad).
Good vision is important to me, and having bad advice is annoing enough, especially when I go to shops where opticians don't seem to know their job...
However, in Visio Optical I got exactly what I was looking for. The helpful staff assisted me in choosing the right fit for me. There is a vast choice in frames. They also have great sunglasses.
Service is top class. And the selection of frames is really great. Definitely recommend to anyone.
