I haven't been to other Wendy's outlets in Singapore but the one at V Hotel is really disappointing. For one it's always very stuffy and warm no matter which part of the day we visit. Airconditioning not working?
The counter staff we encountered, including the male manager were brusque and unfriendly. Made us feel very unwelcome.
Food portion as everyone knows is miniscule at Wendy's. Thin slice of meat, small buns, same price as other fast food outlets. Not worth at all.
If not for the fact that Wendy's was the only fast food outlet in the neighbourhood we would never patronize. Comments and suggestions to the management fall on deaf ears.
However Burger King has just opened opposite Wendy's. Guess where we'll be heading?

I'm Sorry... but I was really disappointed with the food... I was there to collect my passport and thought of a quick bite.. and when I spotted Wendy's across the street I was very happy.
The Restaurant was a good size with plenty of seats, we chose a couch seat that appeared to be a little too sticky later. I mean overnight soft drink stain patches as well as tables with small patches of stains... Well, we could forgive that since its Monday and everybody is entitled to be have a little monday blues.
We spotted a decent looking breakfast menu and ordered one big breakfast alike menu in which the scrambled eggs are too hard and too little, while the hashbrowns too oily and cold and well, the kaya toast was dry, skimpy and tasted like stale bread and I must emphasize, nothing resembling the images on the poster
Coffee was okay for a fast food restaurant and well ice-milo is ice milo... I was disappointed and wondered if this is the kind of served at every restaurant or only at the outlet. Well, its a hotel nearby and traffic is pretty busy at this location, I hope their service and food improve...
