Been to this place several times... But no recollection on how the food was... Just remember that this place is forever packed...
Normally I will just order drinks...
The best thing abt this place is it's ultra long operating hours. Hence most of the time after dinner and shopping, when there is no place to go esp after 10pm, I will definately head to this place for a drink and a chit chat session with my friends.
I would say the price of the food here is cheap as compared to other resturant that are open at this late hour.
Please note that usually the place is very packed and very noisy...

Hmmm... It is almost never disappointing to eat at this HK cafe...esp the Cineleisure branch.
Although the cine branch is always packed esp weekends, the manger never fails to smile and come around for a chat and get me and my friends seats...
His name is Alan and he is some mixed blood uncle...very fatherly and concerning for the customers...unlike his assistant manager...cant even manage to make smart conversations...lol.
He made excellent recommendations like that french toast, that muah chee daosa dessert, century egg congee and he added egg for me on the house...and the surprise came when he gave milk tea on the house again....:)
Love him so much....
I brought my boyfriend over and he talked to him as if he was my father and stuff...so loving hahahha...
and he seems to work everyday all the time...

not really cos of that though...he is the one that makes the service there excellent. If not, the rest of them seriously, needs a **** from me.

My friend had a sudden crave for the food here, so we decided to settle our dinner here.
She ordered the eel porridge while I just ordered a plate of xiao bai cai in oyster sauce since I wasn't feeling too hungry then. I had a mouthful of the eel porridge & it tasted quite nice. Sweet porridge. But my plate of vegetables wasn't nice. the xiao bai cai was not xiao (small) at all. Big stalks of the vegetables which were not cut. It made eating quite difficult and the oyster sauce was quite diluted too.
To compensate for the disappointment, we ordered the mango ice to share. It was good! Generous servings of mango on the top. It's definitely worth a try.
