there are many eye doctors at their orchard branch and it is a very busy clinic and i had to wait even to see an optician to adjust my glasses. But this is the only place i will recommend and i suggest you to fix an appointment before u go down! Seeing their eye doctor was the best thing that happened in my life because my father can finally read and walk around again. my father has been sitting at home staring blankly and not doing anything for the last 7 years because of his macular degeneration. my father has seen many other doctors but he has never been offered any treatment. most other doctors will only take a wait-and-see-approach, but Dr Peng was able to quickly able to identify the problem and he fitted dad with a telescopic device mounted on his glasses. My father saw a therapist and attended visual training for 2 weeks and i am very grateful that my father is now able read again. my mother cried when dad was able to read again becauze all of us thought that he will be blind... the treatment involves an initial checkup for nearly an hour. they do not dilate the eyes with drops but he uses optic devices for dad to try.

at first, dad could not even read the biggest letter on the chart. but with the telescopic device he could read up to 6/18 and he even wanted to drive a car!
