Dear ladies, I should have come to this site earlier. My friends and I bought 6 vouchers recently at Raffles Place. We had confirmed with the sales lady what procedures were included in before buying. Cleanse, steam, extraction and mask were the basic procedures. We were required to give them 2 and 1/2 hrs of our time when we went there for our facial. We went there in 3 groups ( 2 pax at a time). My facial was done in 30 mins by a consultant named Joan. She cleansed my face in 10 seconds, used a mask that is supposed to soften dead cells and blackheads then a hydrating mask to finish it off. No extraction done. Before the facial she had analysis my skin on a computer. The scan type. She said it was terrible. 1st problem is lack of collagen, 2nd is pigmentation and last is oily skin. She said my voucher is redeemable for only a S$100 facial. If I want a good facial like collagen facial I have to top up. Collagen facial cost S$220 which means I have to top up S$120 which I refused. I started my facial 1st then my friend came in to have hers. She was shocked I was already putting on mask. She had questions for her consultant. However, my consultant Joan interrupted and was rude to my friend. She say S$10 facial is like that. They don't do extractions for 1st time customers. So if my friend insist they will not be responsible for any redness, wounds,scarring or infection during the treatment. Scary! Does this mean they will only be responsible only we signed up their package? Professionalism? My friend said what is a facial without extraction? We are here to "clean our face". Fortunately, my friend's consultant was a nice lady. She did a good job for her. I ended up waiting an hr for her. However, I stopped my friend from signing up as I was sore about my dear JOAN. I asked Joan why is my friend taking a longer time than me. Her answer: You had great skin while your friend's condition is terrible therefore need longer time. Contradicting! Different from what she mentioned about my skin earlier and I knew my own skin condition. The voucher includes a mini sample which JOAN did not give it to me. I knew from the start but I didn't say anything as I was sore about her. I did not want to ask or talk to her. It was my friend who got her kind consultant to pass it to me. Subsequently, I SMS all my following friends not to use JOAN. I even forbid them to sign up even they like it. They were all lucky. We 6 of us all had different consultants. 2 of them were given free upgrades to collagen facial. The other 2 were given Buy 1 free 1 collagen facial. I should have voiced out like my friend but it was already too late when my friend came in. I was already finishing my facial. Did I mentioned JOAN was at VIVO City branch?

After I have simmered down. I realised it was just a black sheep like JOAN that is tarnishing the beauty industry. I called up my friends telling them to make their own decisions. Hope my comments helped those who are considering NYSS.

Same as all of u,i went to nyss to try out for the facial at wcc. They told me many thing n keep ask me to take the package. It's cost thousand plus. but i only put a $300 balance first. So 1st time i went i try the free trial,their service very bad. nv trim eyebrow for me. Other beauty shop they did it. but them no. And after all they keep on call me and ask when i free to come dwn for the treament n pay the full amount. i told them i not free. the 1st time i went the service is very poor already.So i decided to cancel my package,that i already pay $300 balance,i called them and told them i going dwn to change my package to other thing or products. When there they like not really happy to servce me. just ask me to wait in the room first. and then they only give me 2small bottle face cream,it cost my balance i had pay $300. What the hell.I won't went back there again. Tv all is a lie. They only want make the nyss more popular only.
