how i wish i seen this forum earlier. i signed up a package with NYSS on believing that they are diff from other beauty salon. after my 1st treatment, my face suffered from allergy reaction. worry that i will suffer the same if i were to continue, i went to speak to the branch mgr for refund of unused sessions. i even showed her the doctor's letter on advising me to stop treatment. on seeing the letter, d mgr said that such letter can get from anywhere. leaving with no choice, i went to CASE. since d day till CASE wrote in to d mgt, d branch mgr not even once contact me. much later, i received call from her offering free sessions. i turn it down. subsequently, there's email correspondence btw CASE & NYSS. from 1 mgr to another mgr to another mgr yet another mgr, all give d same proposal of reassess my skin & recustomize my package. they refuse to refund. none of them can address d risk of me having another allergy reaction.

They said comfirmly i can see results after 3 skin cares, but still my face of condition is same.
And the worst thing is i always making reservation on the phone. but some of them is really not kind.
Last week, i couldnt get skin care cos that day was my consultant off day. but i also can go to NYSS on thursday which is my off day. then i expected making reservation with any other available consultant. but she said our booking is full so cannot. i was really upset her way of talk that was really rude. she even didnt say sorry, even didnt try to check. and didnt say bye, hung up the phone before me.
and yesterday also made call to make reservation fof next day which is today, thursday. she said tmr is my consultant's off day. so ask me to get skin care other day. i feel really angry. so if every week they say like that, when can i get cares? i also ask her to check any other available one, she made me hold on, but although i was waiting her answer about two min but she never answer me so i just hung up. and then call again. maybe she was other lady. her way of anwering was ok. but she never call me back after she said "ill call u back after checking."
30min later, i call again.... it was three time. i was going to refund rest of money. but third one finally made reservation for me.
i paid more than $2000. but i think i cant get worth of that cost. really dissapointed. so i never recommand to others, and after 10 treatment, i wont continue to get cares in NYSS.

Hi everyone. It was really enlightening and helpful to read all your input. I was in fact considering approaching NYSS for help on my skin. Has anyone had other experiences like with another beautician company. Leonard Drake? MTM? I'm in desperate need for some skin treatment and waiting for an appointment at the National Skin Centre takes a decade.
