Fashion Fusion Terms and Conditions

1. Fashion Fusion (the “Event”) is organized by Yebber.com (the “Organiser”). The terms and conditions stated below shall apply to all participants of the Event. 2. All participants are required to adhere strictly to the terms & conditions set out herein, and any other terms and conditions which may be imposed by the Organiser in relation to the Event. Non-compliance or breach of any of such terms and conditions shall immediately disqualify the participant from participation at any stage of the Event. 3. Participants are strictly NOT permitted to display, offer or sell magazines, food, drinks, CDs, DVDs, electronic items, illegal items, animals, plants, swords, flammable and dangerous items. 4. Participants must also NOT display, offer or sell any items which are contrary to any laws of Singapore and that might contain any obscene or pornographic elements of any kind. The Organiser reserves the right to have the participants remove any items what would contravene the above and the participant shall comply without any dispute. This would include articles of clothing and T-Shirts with vulgar, obscene and pornographic images, text and illustrations. 5. For the safety of the visitors and people at the event, all participants shall behave in an orderly manner at all times during the event. They shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that they maintain orderliness and sufficient crowd control at their booth during the event. If any unruly behavior breaks out among the invitees or public during the event linked to a specific booth, the participant is required to resolve it speedily. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the event if the unruly behaviour is not resolved and the participant is required to leave the premises immediately. 6. If a Vendor withdraws from its commitment with or without notification, withdraw, cancel or no-show at any time after full payment and confirmation is made, there will strictly be no refund on the full payment made. 7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final. The Organiser shall not entertain any enquiries, appeals, verbal or written. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the Organiser concerning the terms and conditions of the Event and any other matters relating to the Event. 8. Participants will be allocated a booth on a first come first serve basis upon confirmation of rental. The Organiser will not entertain any request for change of booth. 9. Each participant will be allocated a booth space with One Table and One chair. The Table size will depend on the package that the participant has signed up for. The participant is NOT to bring their own tables, chairs or stools for this Event. 10. Each participant is allowed to bring along ONE clothes rack. The clothes rack is to be placed against the wall. They are not to be placed along the passage way, in a way that will obstruct the passage of human traffic and compromise the safety of the Event. 11. Each participant is to ensure that the booth space, tables, chairs and any items rented from the Organiser is well taken care of. Any loss or damage to the table, chairs and items rented from the Organiser will be borne by the participant, at their own cost. 12. NETS, Visa and MasterCard payment facility will be provided for Vendors’ sales at the Event. Vendors are to bring their customer to the counter to make payment. 6% of the total amount will be charged by the Organizer to the customer (or Vendor can absorb) as bank and administrative charges. The transacted amount collected will be computed and disbursed by cheque and posted to the Vendors within one month after the Event. 13. Each participant is to ensure that the booth space, tables, chairs and any items rented from the Organiser is well taken care of. Any loss or damage to the table, chairs and items rented from the Organiser will be borne by the participant, at their own cost. 14. NETS, Visa and MasterCard payment facility will be provided for Vendors’ sales at the Event. Vendors are to bring their customer to the counter to make payment. 6% of the total amount will be charged by the Organizer to the customer (or Vendor can absorb) as bank and administrative charges. The transacted amount collected will be computed and disbursed by cheque and posted to the Vendors within one month after the Event. 15. Each participant is to conduct their business activity within the booth space provided. The participant and their assistant is not to move outside their boundaries of their booth space to solicit or tout or distribute any promotional materials. 16. Each participant is to look after their own belongings and property brought to the Event. The Organiser of the Event will not be held responsible for any theft, losses or damages incurred by each participant. 17. Each participant is to co-operate with the Organiser of the Event with regards to the setting up, display, tear-down, and removal of exhibits, structures, layout, arrangement and conduct during the course of the Event. 18. All participants shall indemnify the Organiser, its related/affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, loss or expenses (including legal expenses on a full indemnity basis) arising from or in connection with any breach of these rules and regulations or the participants’ participation in the Event. 19. Each participant agrees and acknowledges that the Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable to any participant for any damage or loss, theft, injury or death whatsoever or howsoever caused or suffered by reason of or arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the Event. 20. In line with the Government’s policy of copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property and proprietary rights, the Organiser requires Vendor conducting sale of good in the Event to provide an undertaking confirming that the goods sold are genuine and the Vendor has been authorized by the main supplier/brand to act as their agent to sell these branded products. 21. Any non observance or violation of term 20, the Vendor will be held fully responsible and liable for all legal proceedings, claims, damages, expenses, compensation and other adverse consequences which may be connected to the above action. The Vendor will also indemnify and hold the Organiser and its employees harmless from and against any and all actions, claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, expenses, compensation, legal costs and other adverse consequences which the Organiser or its employees may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection thereto. 22. The Event and the above rules and regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the participants submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 23. The above terms and conditions are subject to changes without prior notice. 24. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw any of these terms and conditions, to cancel or postpone or make any other changes to the Event at any time, without prior notice to the participants.
