Description
Under the tutelage of Professor Yang Chang Geng, a China First Grade conductor and composer, the Choir won the medals of Gold and Gold with Honours in the Singapore International Chinese Choir Festival Competition in 2006 and 2009 respectively. The Choir has also done Singapore proud by clinching a Gold award at the Beijing International Choir Competition in 2010. In addition, the group has recorded 4 CDs.
In this coming concert, they will be singing more than 20 songs in a variety of formation including chorus, small group, duet and solo pieces.
The choir has more than 40 members with an average age of more than 55. They are passionate and enthusiastic, and they are ready to prove it.
