Three women, three best friends – one in a coma, another troubled by a broken marriage, and the third a plane crash casualty – reunite by chance, on the eve of Aidilfitri, to reminisce and celebrate their 30 years of friendship.
They uncover untold secrets and long-held grievances, question personal ambitions, and shatter each other's ideals on being women, being Malay and being friends.
This award-winning play was first staged by Teater Kami in 1995 and subsequently toured to the Cairo International Experimental Theatre Festival to critical acclaim. 18 years later, Panggung Arts presents a new production of this Singaporean classic with director and playwright Aidli 'Alin' Mosbit at the helm with a brand new cast consisting of Siti K, Shida Mahadi & Nur Khairiyah.
