From inexpressible thoughts to the changing nature of storytelling and narrative, the Experimental Film Forum (EFF) will showcase thought-provoking pieces and undoubted works of art. Highlights for this year’s EFF include a special performance installation by arts collective, Locale, as well as video works from Singaporean artist, Ang Sookun.
