Description
Night Lights 2013 returns as part of Night Festival 2013. This year, everyone is invited to become a lighting artist simply by using smart phones, tablets and even water! Visitors will also get to enjoy two delightfully whimsical light sculptures which will land in the Bras Basah.Bugis Precinct for a brief period of 2 weeks before taking off for a land far away.
