Synopsis Discover the joy of movement and fall in love with dance through the festival's Footwork workshops. A great way for parents and their kids, aged 7 - 10 years old, to bond and have lots of fun and laughter!
In this dance-play workshop, little kids and their parents can have fun together as they groove to the latest beat! Focusing on Hip Hop and Jazz dance style; an energetic form of dancing that is popular with both the young and old. It is unique in that it allows its dancer to perform with freedom of movement, adding in their own personalities. The class uses popular pop/hip hop music which will make it enjoyable for them. The class is designed to help the young ones explore space, improve coordination and develop their listening and social skills.
