Description
Tea Brewing with Pekoe & Imp is an enriching workshop to equip all participants with the rich knowledge and experience of tea brewing.
Participants will learn about adjusting parameters of temperature, steeping time and proportion of tea leaves to water.
In this 2.5 hour session, participants will also experience brewing 2 types of tea and enjoy a tea tasting session. Some categories of teas in this tea tasting session include green, white, yellow, oolong, red and black teas.
Lastly, there will be a fruitful discussion on how tea brewers can choose brewing utensils based on the type of tea they are brewing.
Recommended for beginners.
All participants will be issued a handout, and receive first hand information about where to purchase teas and brewing utensils from the experts.
All materials will be provided. We will provide refreshments during the break; refreshments and beverage is included in course fee.
