Discover the joy of movement at da:ns festival's Footwork. Conducted by professional instructors, these basic workshops are designed for youth, adults and senior citizens with little or no experience in dance.
With roots that can be traced back to the urban dance crews of 1960s New York, hip hop is a dance movement that has evolved to encapsulate a broad collection of street dance styles generally performed to hip hop music. Join us to discover the different components of this dance genre and the wide range of styles associated with it.
Expect an energetic class that not only teaches you the moves and techniques, but also instills rhythm and precision in your muscle memory.
