I came often to singapore because of my business. Last week I went to JAAN restaurant for Dinner with my business partners.
We had the menu degustation with 6 courses and the chef prepared some courses more. WOW. It was french food with local influence. Very creative and the view was amazing ( 70th floor with view over Singapore and the Flyer). It looks like that they have a lot of new equipment and the service was perfectly traineed. We ordered a nice bottle of french burgundy for a reasonable price. The wine list is good assorted and offer also a lot of very rare wine from all over the world.
The atmosphere was quit and relaxed and a lot of couples inside. Seems to be the perfect place to bring the wife or the girlfriend for a romantic dinner. I was very happy with this choise and if I´m next time in town for shure I will bring my wife to this place.
