My first time in Ajisen. Surprised by how fast our food was served as it was full house with a queue outside. We order the fried pork ramen, Volcano Ramen and Teriyaki Chicken Don.
Soup base was tasty and just right without the starchiness or oiliness found in other Ramen. However, the fried pork was too salty hence you got to eat it with the Ramen to blend the taste. Perhaps it was made so that you have to eat it that way. Serving was big and definitely value for the money.
I only tried 1 piece of chicken for the Teriyaki Chicken Don. The chicken was tender and chewy though like the pork, salty. I did not try the Volcano Ramen but I thought it looks very spicy to me.
Menu for dessert was very extensive and we were spoilt for choice regarding which to order. I ordered the Strawberry Parfett. Tried some of the Mango-don't-know-whats-the-name (looks like mango ice). Desserts looks nice but tasted average. Strawberry Parfett was great and recommended though the serving was too big and will be perfect for 2 persons. Mango was sour.. way too sour to eat alone. You will have to eat with the ice shavings to reduce the sour-ness.
But I would say I won't want to patron Ajisen frequently as the food tend to the salty side and there wasn't anything special about the desserts either. Everything was just average. But it will be a good place for small group outing as they don't seem to have space for big groups.

We were quite disappointed as not only the portion was small for most of the side dishes (those in a set) the taste was below average except for the prawn mayo and the Omelette.
Mango for the dessert this time, was too "old" totally spoiling the dessert. Ice cream looks like its been out in the air for too long and melting.
The service crew who served us asked us to speak chinese cause she did not understand English while the other service crew ask us to explain what is 辣椒in English.

To me, the staffs there were quite slow in serving and seems to act overly friendly but the manager seems to be experienced and good.
So far, we loved baked rice, mixed grill, Brandied cherry dessert (my favorite) and baked fish. And disliked the cheese platter which consisted of only some pieces of biscuits, some English Old Cheese which we don't know how to appreciate. But I must mention the celery were fresh though. Seems like main dishes are well done but side dishes needs more improvement.
Nicely decorated with romantic English country style as the main theme. There will be a live singer there to entertain after 7pm and I must say i think he sings very well. A very nice place to have a cosy outing or a light date. But I do dislike seeing the cooks keep coming outside of the kitchen to "look" around.
Went for a small break there while waiting for our movie to start. Wasn't quite hungry so I only ordered the "Ying Yong" (coffee tea) but its too milky for my likes. I prefer my Ying Yong to have stronger taste of tea. The lychee tea tasted great though. With a generous helping of lychee in it. Thick taste of tea.
We also ordered the mango ice. Which was really enormous. Disappointed though as the mango ice here wasn't that great. The ice shavings although great in portion, was not fine enough or pack tight enough. Though we do like the generous helping of mango pieces and jelly.
My friend ordered the "Bo Luo Bao" which she claimed to be very nice. I took a bite and felt it tasted so so. Perhaps I should have eaten it with the butter that came with it. However I do like the way the bun was treated. Real crispy.
Should go and try out other items in the extensive menu next time.

We thought Pastamania changed their system of ordering when we can't find the small small booklet menu on the table. Turned out that they changed their menu to bigger booklets. No one seems to offer us the menu so we just took it from the side table ourselves.
Ordered my usual Mediterranean pasta and garlic bread. The same things I will always order at other outlets. I was way disappointed though as the pasta looked dry and tasted salty and a bit too oily. Only the Garlic bread stayed as tasty and crispy.
My other friends ordered 3 srooms pizza and meat lover pizza. Both were tasted too salty and we had a hard time finishing both pizzas.
I'm not sure whether it pertains to this particular outlets as I went to the one at Causeway point like 2 months before and the quality of food was really great.
Situated in quite a "secluded" area of Suntec. Very nearly always full when we go there. The place I find it quite cramp with very small walk space. This makes the already noisy place even noisier.
Service crew (those whom I met) are rather friendly and polite. Service is slower comparative to other branches. But perhaps thats because of the crowd. That can be forgiven though its suggested they can more manpower even on weekdays evening. They do clean the tables fast and very well to prepare for the next customers.
Food seems to be better in portion and freshness compared to other branches I've been to. I shall not elaborate on the pricing etc as I think most people would have already known it like the back of their hand? ;D

Best items we ordered are Chicken Cordon Bleu, Sauteed Mushroom and the Potato Salad. Especially the Sauteed Mushroom which I will order every time I go there. The waffle is not bad a try. Its a good place to go for a small gathering as I don't think they have space to cater for big groups. Price is average.
Cons: Upstairs seats are not comfy though as the low table makes it difficult if you are there to eat. (esp for girls)
Very big area, brightly lit and clean looking. There are both table style of seating and the low kneeling style table to choose from.
We had the charcoal BBQ where we chose plate of mushroom, beef and chicken. We also order ginseng chicken soup to share. The BBQ comes with side dishes that without additional charge as can see from the table, the small dishes filled up our table. There were all sorts of vege and toufu to choose from.
Next comes the meat and mushroom which the service crew helped us cooked. Meat wonderfully marinated and juicy. Even the mushrooms were sweet and juicy and has got none of the smell that normally mushroom will have. Each table will have 2 types of drinks - tea and cold water. Tea should be unsweetened malt tea which tasted fine.
At the end of the meal, we were served Cinamon Ginger tea and watermelon cut in this cute heart shape. We spent $26 each which we felt was well spent.
Cons:
Difficult to get service crew to notice your hand up. Especially when you are seating at the low table. Long queue, should make reservations before going.

Dim sum menu have to be asked from the waitresses as dim sum are not all always available. Highly recommended are 马蹄糕， 虾饺 and 凤城水饺面. Waitresses there are usually above 30s and speak Cantonese though you can speak Chinese with them, they can't understand English very well. This is not a stereotype but just speaking out of experience. They do have good service attitude though ;D. Do make reservations if you are going on weekends or in big groups.

Ordered Blackforest and its highly recommended though I forgot to ask them to remove the whipped cream. Rose bud tea is also one the nicest drink there. Finger food like wedges and its chicken wings also taste great.

Rather cramped as the tables and chairs are placed near to each other.
Nice ambience very suitable for a date night out. Service crew friendly and accommodating. Had fries, Roast chicken penne, fish and chips, wild berry infusion, honey and lemon soother, chocolate brownie and another cake I forgot the name (look at the pic).
Fries was extremely delicious with 2 dips, one of which was BBQ and the other had the taste of lemon grass. Penne was a bit undercooked though the roast chicken pieces were nice. Overall taste was above average with nicely done cherry tomato and drizzled with olive oil and vinegar. Fish and chips was nice.
Cake portion was too big for 1 person and should be shared. Chocolate brownie was too rich with marshmellows in it. Suitable for people who love very rich and deep taste.
Cons:
