I had purchased a number of these tarts from Ngee Ann City during the mooncake festival event last weekend. I brought them home and 2 of them had gone off and as a result, my parents had food poisoning. I called the main office to explain the situation, to give feedback and instead of getting an apology, they were totally defensive and did nothing to appease my upset. Customer service rating = 0.
