Hemispheres Cafe

I went to Hemispheres Cafe upon my friend's recommendation. The first thing that struck me was the nice view of Ochard road. The cafe has floor to ceiling windows. It was quiet on that wednesday evening.

My friend and i tried the Muar otah, chef's wings and baked dory with butter rice and coleslaw. Apparently the otah has been on tv. One of those variety food show. It was quite nice. My friend packed the frozen otah back for her family to try. The chef wings was REALLY good. It was oven baked and very tender. The dory's lemon butter sauce was appetite inducing. On the whole, it was a satisfying meal.

One thing i like about the place is there's no gst and service charge. I'm definitely coming back.
