Marutama Ra-Men (Liang Court)

I was shopping at Liang Court one day and was feeling hungry. So walk around to search for an idea place to eat and rest. Happened to chance upon a ramen place which sells ramen only.

Hence, my friend and I went in to have a try since we both love ramen alot.

When we first look at the menu, it was just merely a page with 2 or 3 types of ramen to choose from. They have some side dishes to be added on or served as a side and with a few types of drinks.

Hence we both ordered the same ramen with an additional egg added to it except my friend's one is spicy soup base.

The resturant looks very simple, rustic and old which kind of similar to those types of ramen restaurant in Japan that have a long history of ramen.

When the ramen were served in front of us, it looks simple and delicious. So I try the soup first because the soup base is very important for ramen. It tasted more like chicken soup with lotsa of MSGs added. The noodles is soft and springy. Though the egg textur...   [Read more]
