Just last 2 weekends ago I stumbled into a shop called Jade Harbour at Suntec City. I was wondering if this name has to do with "Pearl Harbour" the war movie?!? :P After looking around the retail shop, the one thing that really captivated me was the sales manager's education on me about Jade... she is a burmese and despite with some singlish slang, she really enlighthened me about Jade or a more appropriate name called Jadeite. I believe not many young people like me know alot about Jade but this shop really gave me a good education about the origin of GRADE-A jadeite which they have many pieces there. With limited time she spent with me has taught me how to distinguished a real good piece of Jade. Thanks for her patience...hmm the people there are friendly and nice too... they even showed me their SUPER Grade-A pieces without any judgement whether I can afford or not...
