True Spa (Cuppage Terrace)

I totally agree with all the reviews here. True Spa massages are good, but the customer service sucks big time.
Yesterday, I was invited for a complimentary back massage @ Cuppage.
As soon as I walked in, I was ushered into this waiting room that screamed "sales pitch" - harsh lighting, membership forms, pens...
My "sales consultant" was truly disgusting. She wasted no time asking me what credit cards I hold, what I do for a living, how much I pay for massages.
I was reluctant to tell her anything, so she suggested I try the massage.

The massage was good, and the therapist was very nice.
I was 90% sure I was going to buy a package.

When the massage ended, the consultant sat me down and scribbled "$1,500 for 15 x massage, 15x hydrobath, 15x steambath" and shoved the paper in my face.
I told her I needed to think about it, because $1,500 is not a small amount to part with. I asked her very politely if I could drop by the next day, as my office is just around the corner.
