I stayed at Scarlet on 2 occasions. The first time was in Feb 2006. The room we had was great; it was spacious and reasonably priced, as they were carrying out the soft launch of the hotel. I recall that the room was on the first storey and that was the only room that had a "see-through" bathroom window. Great for romantic escapades. The downside was that there was not much of a view. The 2nd stay was in Feb 2007 but I was actually a little disappointed compared to the first encounter. The room that we had was actually much smaller in size although we believe that we had booked the same category as we did during our 1st stay. To my memory, I believe we had stayed at the premium grade during our first stay. In order to know what you are getting when making a reservation, suggest that you provide as much details/description and ask questions in making sure that you are getting what you want, unless you have no particular preferences for room.
