Very poor and Very bloody pathethic customer service, Qanndanan is right. they only go for your money and will sell rotten pets.

Went there on 9/10/10 to buy a guinea pig for my daughter birthday. the so call branch manager took out a 'sick' female guinea pig and sold to us. As we are first time buying guinea pigs, we didnt know that the GP is sick and dying. she died the very next morning. explained to the bloody idiot manager, but he told us that it was due to the mishandling of the pet by my daughter .

NEVER,NEVER,NEVER go to this Sam pet shop. go to pets kampung, pets lovers centre....others.....they are way,way,way better.
