had my wedding on 29th november 2010.
suzanna is a very fine lady, however the manager and the service crew are most lack of experience and rude, except for 2 china guys, who are very helpful and polite.

This is what happen :
2 hours before wedding, the restaurant has not emptied the whole room for us to decorate, causing late in our overall programme, a woman helper complain and reluctant to help us to fold the napkin
she also refused to provide 2 glass wine for each person as what we have requested and approved by suzzana.
dead lizard was found on the floor
the waiter promised to clean it up
but they NEVER did
what they did was, hide the lizard under the table, where all our guest will be seating and dine.
none of the worker know what to do without instruction,, eg : during cocktails and dinner, wedding cake has not been put on the stage table and such thing.
manager name andy shout to our friends warning that florist shouldnt call to the restaurant.
