dissatisfied with service provided by optometrist and the staff members there. the staff were unable to provide adjustment for glasses and i was left with a bitter after taste. basically my glasses are still loose and they are unable to give a proper fit. the optometrist was a little distracted and i felt tended to treat those who appeared to be well-heeled better. maybe they do have their own fans, but it's very likely i won't be going back there again to have my eyes tested. there are other opticians who also provide a decent eye examination too. the service rendered to me gave me a feeling that i was not a worthy customer. the staff member, one of them especially, did not seem to understand what customers want...
