To summarize in one word: Terrible!

I can stand dated furnishings and tacky interior; what I can't stand is the service attitude here which was simply appalling.
It starts with the staff abruptly charging in to demand to collect our half-finished drinks, way early into our Ktv session. The reason? Not enough cups.
Subsequent ordering of drinks took an hour. And when the drinks came some were missing, no explanation given. When we complained, they dismissed it with a mere "too many people, you have to wait" Come on. Drinks taking an hour? They couldn't even track which drinks were missing.

We finally got our drinks in the end - but not without demanding them for it by withholding our payment. And this was nearing the end of the K session. Not an apology given.

I have never experienced such bad service in other Partyworld outlets. Also, there is a noticeable lag between songs, sometimes up to half a minute - also not observed in other Partyw...   [Read more]
