Our stuff not arrived, was promised before Xmas, was picked up 28th November, did not leave Singapore until the 8th or 9th. I have attached message exchanges between cargo express and myself, my asawa also sent messages. There were items we needed for Xmas including some important documents, spoiled our Xmas, they have yet to respond or even give me a tracking number, unlike a lot of people they are returning to the Philippines and can't do much about there situation, I still work in Singapore and will be back in Jan. So will be seeking legal advice on this. Unless I hear something in the next few days. My advise would be to use another company, this company happy to take your money and very helpful until they have your stuff then you are abandoned .

Very poor service.. When I'm talking to the staff they guarantee me that my box will be in Manila by aug 3-5. So I bought a box and I pick up myself July 11 2014.. Im confident that it will reach my house by first week of aug. but up to now aug 23 sagot nila sakit nasa pier p din.. I used to send to them when it was still ZIPPED CARGO and that time their service is really fast.. They changed name now to 100% CARGO EXPRESS and the service is very poor even the mobile number of their warehouse in Philippines is useless u need to send 100 text messages and one week non stop phone call before u can get one reply saying " mam NSA pier pa nga Yung package kpg maluwag n dun pa lang madedeliver" With this kind of answer nakakapang init naman tlga ng ulo.. Again tinawagan ko ngayon (aug23) Yung office nila s lucky plaza BILLY Yung nakasagot sya p Yung galit n NSA custom n dw at nastuck ung box NSA balita dw manood dw ng tv.. Napakabastos ng mga staff.. Sbi ko nga two weeks ago yn dn sinasabi m skn kuya n NSA custom n.. Sya p Yung galit imbes n ipanatag nila mga customer nila sila p Yung mayabang. Iba iba p information n sinasabi nila.. S Pinas n office sasabihin NSA pier dito s Singapore office sasabihin nasa custom.. Ano b tlga? Almost one month n Yung box ko wla p dn.. To all my kababayan avoid this company..

Rude staff! And Arrogant! No tracking number provided so better think twice before sending your stuff to this cargo if you don't want to regret because most of the staff here are verrry rude they think highly to their selves but u can see the way they looks.. I regret a lot by sending my package to them...iba pinoy pa man din mayabang nakakahiya sa kababayan natin... may malay nga din ganun din naman..... better to send your stuffs to well known company. Pero sa totoo lang pareparehas sila.
