I purchased through outlet.com.sg on July 16 a voucher for 60min full body massage, subsequently telephoned and made appointment for Aug27. Already I was treated rudely over the phone, when the person in charge of your Toa Payoh outlet insisted I tell her how much I paid, when she should know, (well at least ibeauty should know when you partner with outlet.com.sg). The voucher was purchased by my niece, so I can't recall how much it was, but she was so rude that she insisted how is it that I don't know - I told her it's a gift, and it is not stated on the voucher, now how should I know?? and who is she to insist I should know?? She reluctantly took & confirmed my appointment. I knew I was in for some unpleasant experience. [Read more] |

Agree, this Toa Payoh ibeauty is a con-shop, rude and unscruplous staff, Chinese National woman - down right rude! And they don't honour vouchers purchased through outlet.com.sg, insist on top-up!
