a) you have a good selection of smaller count fabric that I couldn't find in other stores
b) your price is very reasonable
c) delivery was prompt and the items are well packed
d) Ida is friendly and communicative

Hi,

There was a small problem with the item I purchased in that the needle was rusty and this had damaged the fabric. I simply sent an email and was sent a replacement needle and fabric straight away. So very happy with the service and will definitely buy from you again and recommend you.
